Managing Tags

Tags help you organize and categorize contacts:

  • Add a tag — Type in the tag input field and press Enter or click the + button
  • Remove a tag — Click the X on any existing tag

Tags are free-text — you can use any labels that make sense for your business (e.g., “VIP”, “follow-up”, “new-patient”).

Notes

Use the notes field to record anything relevant about the contact — previous conversations, preferences, special instructions, or follow-up reminders.

Below the contact card, you’ll see a chronological list of all calls with this contact. Each call shows:

Call summaries are shown inline — you can quickly scan what each conversation was about without leaving the contacts page.

Deleting a Contact

Click the trash icon in the top right to delete a contact. You’ll be asked to confirm before the contact is removed.

Deleting a contact removes the record, but if the same phone number calls again, a new contact will be created automatically.
