Managing Campaigns

Go to Dashboard > Campaigns to see all your campaigns.

Campaign List

The campaigns page shows all your campaigns with:

  • Name and description
  • Type — Inbound or Outbound
  • Status — Draft, Running, Paused, Completed, or Cancelled
  • Progress — Contacts reached vs. total contacts
  • Created date

Use the filters to view campaigns by status or type.

Campaign Actions

Starting a Campaign

Click Start on a draft campaign to begin. For outbound campaigns, calls will start according to the schedule you set.

You can only start a campaign that is in Draft status and has at least one contact.

Pausing a Campaign

Click Pause to temporarily stop a running campaign. Any calls currently in progress will finish, but no new calls will be started.

Resuming a Campaign

Click Resume on a paused campaign to continue where you left off. The campaign picks up with the remaining contacts.

Cancelling a Campaign

Click Cancel to permanently stop a campaign. This cannot be undone — cancelled campaigns cannot be restarted. Use Pause if you might want to continue later.

Cancelling a campaign is permanent. Any contacts not yet reached will remain in their current status. Use Pause instead if you plan to resume later.

Editing a Campaign

Click on a campaign to view its details. You can edit settings while the campaign is in Draft or Paused status:

  • Change the name, description, or custom prompt
  • Update the schedule and call limits
  • Add or remove contacts
  • Change the assigned agent or phone numbers

Campaign Analytics

Each campaign has an analytics tab showing:

  • Contact breakdown — How many contacts are in each status
  • Call success rate — Percentage of successful calls
  • Progress over time — How the campaign is progressing day by day
  • Average call duration — How long calls typically last

Contact Statuses

As the campaign runs, each contact moves through these statuses:

StatusDescription
PendingWaiting to be called
In ProgressCurrently being called
CompletedSuccessfully reached and call finished
FailedCall connected but failed to achieve the goal
No AnswerContact didn’t pick up (may be retried)
VoicemailReached voicemail
Do Not CallContact requested not to be called again
RescheduledContact asked to be called back later

Deleting a Campaign

To delete a campaign:

  1. Click on the campaign
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Deleting a campaign removes it and all its contact data. Call records are preserved separately in your call history.
