SendGrid
Connect SendGrid to send emails after calls — call summaries, follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and more.
What It Does
- Call summary emails — Send formatted call summaries to your inbox after each call
- Follow-up emails — Automatically email callers with next steps after a conversation
- Appointment confirmations — Send booking confirmations to customers
- Dynamic templates — Use your SendGrid templates for branded emails
- Contact sync — Add callers to your SendGrid marketing contacts
How to Connect
Get Your API Key
In SendGrid, go to Settings > API Keys and create a new key with “Full Access” or “Mail Send” permission.

Enter Your API Key
Paste your SendGrid API key and click Connect.
You’re Connected
Akol can now send emails through your SendGrid account.
Make sure you have a verified sender identity in SendGrid before using this integration. Emails will be sent from your verified sender address.
