Previewing a Voice

Click the play button on any voice card to hear a sample. This helps you find the right tone before assigning it to an agent.

Using a Voice

Once you’ve found a voice you like:

  1. Click Use on the voice card
  2. You’ll be taken to the agent creation page with that voice pre-selected
  3. Complete the agent setup

Or, when creating or editing an agent, select a voice from the voice dropdown — you’ll see the same library with all filters available.

Favorites and Hidden

Personalize your voice library:

Adding to Favorites

Click the heart icon on a voice to mark it as a favorite. Favorites appear at the top of your voice list for quick access.

Hiding Voices

If there are voices you don’t want to see, click the hide icon. Hidden voices are removed from your default view. You can always show hidden voices by toggling the filter.

Favorites and hidden preferences are per-user. Each team member can have their own set of favorite and hidden voices.

Voice Languages

Voices support multiple languages. When filtering by language, you’ll see how many voices are available for each language. Some voices support multiple languages.

Your AI agent will speak in the language of the selected voice. Make sure the voice language matches your callers’ language for the best experience.

Some voices are marked with a Recommended badge. These are voices that have been tested and optimized for phone conversations — they sound natural and clear over phone audio.

Tips

  1. Preview before choosing — Always listen to a voice sample before assigning it to an agent
  2. Match the voice to your brand — A law firm might prefer a calm, professional voice while a restaurant might want something warm and friendly
  3. Consider your callers — Choose a voice language that matches your customer base
  4. Use favorites — Mark your preferred voices as favorites so they’re always easy to find
