Roles & Permissions
Each team member has a role that determines what they can see and do in the dashboard.
Available Roles
| Role | Description |

| Owner | Full access to everything. Can delete the team and manage all settings |
| Admin | Can manage team members, settings, and all business operations |
| Member | Can create and manage agents, calls, campaigns, and appointments |
| Viewer | Read-only access. Can view calls, analytics, and reports but cannot make changes |

Choosing the Right Role

2FA Enforcement
Team Owners and Admins can require all members to use two-factor authentication:
- Go to Dashboard > Team
- Enable Require 2FA for all members
When enabled:
- Existing members are prompted to set up 2FA on their next login
- New members must set up 2FA before accessing the team
2FA enforcement is a team-level setting. Individual members cannot opt out once it’s enabled.
Business Access
Team members can only access businesses that are associated with the team. To control which businesses a team can access:
- Go to Dashboard > Business
- Edit the business
- Assign it to your team
All team members with appropriate roles can then access that business.
