What It Does

- Creates invoices — Generate and send invoices with line items during or after calls
- Manages customers — Create and update customer records in Square
- Searches customers — Look up existing customers by phone number
- Gets locations — Access your Square business locations for transactions

How It Works During Calls
When a caller needs to make a payment:
- Your agent creates a payment link with the correct amount
- The link is sent to the caller via SMS
- The caller opens the link and completes the payment
- The payment is recorded in your Square dashboard
Payment links are secure hosted pages by Square. Your callers don’t need a Square account to pay.
