Calendar

Akol includes a built-in appointment scheduling system. Your AI agent can book and cancel appointments during phone calls — and you can manage everything from the dashboard.

How Appointments Work

When a caller wants to book an appointment, your AI agent:

  1. Checks your available time slots
  2. Offers open times to the caller
  3. Collects the caller’s name, phone number, and any notes
  4. Books the appointment and confirms the details

All of this happens live during the phone call, with no manual work from you.

Where Appointments Come From

Appointments can be created from multiple sources:

Appointment Lifecycle

Every appointment follows this lifecycle:

ScheduledAppointment is booked and upcoming
ConfirmedCustomer has confirmed they’ll attend
CompletedAppointment took place successfully
CancelledAppointment was cancelled
No ShowCustomer didn’t show up
Scheduled → Confirmed → Completed → No Show → Cancelled

What You See in the Dashboard

Go to Dashboard > Calendar to view and manage all your appointments.

Stats Overview

At the top of the page you’ll see four stat cards:

  • Total — Total appointment count
  • Scheduled — Upcoming appointments
  • Completed — Past appointments that took place
  • Cancelled — Cancelled appointments

Views

  • List view — All appointments in a card-based list with pagination
  • Calendar view — See appointments on a visual calendar

Filters

Filter appointments by:

  • Business — Select a specific business
  • Status — Scheduled, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled, or No Show (list view only)
  • Search — Search by customer name, phone number, or service name (list view only)
