How to Connect an Integration

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations
  2. Find the integration you want and click Connect
  3. Follow the prompts to sign in and grant access
  4. Configure any settings (like which calendar to use)
  5. You’re done — the integration is now active

Troubleshooting

Integration Won’t Connect

  1. Make sure popups aren’t blocked in your browser
  2. Try in an incognito/private window
  3. Make sure you click Allow when asked to grant access

Integration Stopped Working

  1. Go to Dashboard > Integrations and check the status
  2. Click Disconnect, then Connect again
  3. This refreshes the connection and usually fixes the issue

Data Not Syncing

  1. Click the Sync Now button on the integration
  2. Wait a few minutes — some syncs take time
  3. If it still doesn’t work, disconnect and reconnect
