How It All Connects
Akol has four building blocks:
- Business — your business profile (name, hours, services, FAQs, pricing). This is the knowledge base your agent draws from.
- Agent — the AI voice. You pick a name, voice, and speaking style. The agent is just the voice — it gets its knowledge from the business profile.
- Phone Number — a local or toll-free number for receiving calls.
- Campaign — this is what ties everything together. A campaign links a business + an agent + a phone number. When a call comes in on that number, the campaign routes it to the agent, which answers using the business’s knowledge.
