- Enter your new password
- Click Save
Your new password must be different from your current one and meet the minimum strength requirements.
No Password Set
If you signed up with a social account (Google, GitHub, etc.), you may not have a password. You can set one in your security settings to enable password-based sign-in as an additional option.
Sessions
View and manage your active sessions in Dashboard > Settings > Security.
Active Sessions
Your sessions list shows where you’re currently signed in, including the session expiration date.
Revoking Sessions
- Revoke a single session — Signs you out from that specific device or browser
- Revoke all other sessions — Signs you out everywhere except your current session
Revoking a session is immediate. The signed-out device will need to sign in again.
Connected Accounts
Link social accounts to your Akol account for easier sign-in.
Supported Providers
- GitHub
- Microsoft
- Apple
Linking an Account
Connect a social account from Dashboard > Settings > Connected Accounts. Once linked, you can use that provider to sign in.
Unlinking an Account
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Connected Accounts
- Click Disconnect next to the provider
You cannot remove your last sign-in method. If you only have one connected account and no password, set a password first before unlinking the account.

- Review sessions regularly — Revoke sessions on devices you no longer use
- Keep a password set — Even with social sign-in, having a password gives you a backup way to access your account
- Check connected accounts — Remove providers you no longer use
